This 25 year old modified bitumen roof was worn out and had plenty of hail damage and was ponding water like crazy. We replaced it with a 60mil TPO single-ply membrane roof and built it up to drain properly. It will last for years. It is also energy efficient so the owner will save money on his utilities. We'll upgrading the heating and cooling soon too. The owner is extremely happy!
